Our roots originate in Italy from Mama Giordano's family recipe, but we grew up on Chicago's South Side, perfecting a stuffed deep dish pizza now famous around the world. The same double-crusted, cheese-stuffed pies that we serve in our acclaimed restaurants are shipped anywhere in the US, so you can experience the magic of Giordano's from home.

Here are some of the more frequently asked questions.
- How does the pizza ship?
We ship our pizza frozen in an insulated cooler with enough dry ice inside to stay frozen for up to 3 days in transit. When your pizza arrives, there may be a small amount of dry ice left in the cooler, or none left. Don't be alarmed if there's no dry ice left.
- How much does shipping cost?
We do not charge additional shipping fees, so at checkout, you'll see $0.00 for FedEx ground shipping. If you need your pizza extra fast, or delivered over a weekend, you may see additional shipping charges.
- How long does it take for my order to arrive? We ship on Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. All orders include complementary ground shipping and arrive within 1-2 days. At checkout, you'll be given an estimated delivery date.
- What size is the pizza? Our regular pizzas are 10 inches and serve 2-3 people. We also offer a 6-inch single-serve pizza in a variety pack.
- What happens if something goes wrong with my shipment?
While issues are rare, if your pizza does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us and we'll happily reship the item or refund your money. Please email us at inetorders@giordanos.com or call us at 800-982-1756 (Mon-Fri 8am-3pm CST).
- Can I send your pizza as a gift? Absolutely! Our pizza makes a fantastic gift any time of year. At checkout, simply enter your recipient's shipping address and select "My billing address is different than my shipping address" to enter your billing address. You'll see an option to send a gift receipt via email to your recipient - this is an optional way to let your recipient know their delicious pizza is on the way, and allows them to track their shipment. Don't worry - we don't include any price information in the gift email.
