A note to our guests about Coronavirus

The safety, health and well-being of our team members and customers has always been and continues to be our highest priority. At this unique time, Giordano’s takes the growing concerns around COVID-19, very seriously and we thank you for your patience as we navigate through these uncharted territories.

At this time, our focus is on carry-out and delivery operations as we have launched No Contact Delivery and Curbside Pickup to better serve you. Please keep in mind that we do not partner with any third party delivery services (i.e. Postmates, Grubhub, Door Dash, etc.) and you should place your order directly on our website at giordanos.com. Given the current crisis, we are constantly evaluating and making adjustments including hours of operation and limited menu offerings. Since we do not partner with these third party delivery sites, they are unaware of these changes and might try to sell items that are not currently available.

Giordano’s is closely monitoring the developments associated with the spread of COVID-19, known as the Coronavirus, and is taking special measures to provide a safe environment for all team members and our guests. We have always taken great pride in keeping our restaurants clean, but we understand that the situation that we are faced with now calls for elevated measures. We are deep-cleaning and sanitizing our restaurants multiple times every day. All our team members working with food have been mandated to wear gloves and we have added hand sanitizer pumps throughout our restaurants for all our team members and guests to use.

We are dedicated to providing guidance and frequent updates to our team members to ensure they and their families are safe. We are requiring anyone who does not feel well or who displays flu-like symptoms to stay home and report their symptoms to their supervisor immediately. We have also set up a support phone line to keep our teams informed.

Our highest priority, at this challenging time, is to maintain environments within each of our Giordano’s restaurants which keep all our employees and guests safe.

Thank you in advance for your trust in Giordano’s.
