Our highest priority is to maintain environments within each of our Giordano’s restaurants which keep all our employees and guests safe. Below are the safety measures that Giordano’s has implemented:
Regularly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
Conduct daily wellness checks as employees arrive for their shifts and strictly enforce our policy of not allowing employees to work if they are showing signs of being ill.
Employee Personal Hygiene
Proper and frequent hand-washing and changing out gloves throughout the day.
All team members are required to wear face coverings/masks.
In states where face masks are required, guests will be required to wear a face mask upon entering our restaurants.
Single-Use Menus & QR Codes
Single-use paper menus are available as are QR codes to download our menu.
Tables have been removed and moved to allow for proper distance and markers have been placed throughout our restaurants to direct traffic.
Limited Guest Contact
Your server will ask if they can serve you your first slice of pizza or if you prefer to do it yourself. After you are done with your meal, your server will ask if they can box your leftovers or if you prefer to do it yourself.
There will be hand sanitizer available upon entering our restaurants. We will have both sanitized plate ware and disposable paper & plastic options available. Single use condiments available upon request.

What Precautionary Measures are Giordano's Taking at Each Restaurant to Combat COVID-19
We are deep-cleaning and sanitizing our restaurants at regular and close intervals, throughout the day and every day. All our kitchen team members working with food have been mandated to wear gloves. We have added hand sanitizer pumps throughout our restaurants for all our employees and guests to use. We have provided hydrogen peroxide wipes to all restaurants for sanitizing all electronics (phones, POS, computers, etc) and high touch areas. We have posted additional hand washing signs at all hand washing stations.
What Actions is Giordano's Taking if Any Employee Should Begin to Show Symptoms of COVID-19
We are providing guidance and frequent updates to our team to ensure they and their families are safe. We are requiring anyone who does not feel well to stay home and report their symptoms to their supervisor immediately. We have also set up a support phone line to keep our teams informed.
