How much are points worth?
Every $1 spent = 1 point.
How do I earn points?
You earn points on every Giordano’s purchase—dine in or online (excluding third-party platforms). We recommend adding your credit card to your account before your visit. This helps us automatically recognize you as a Club Gio member when you check out.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Online Ordering & App: Before you start your order, make sure you are logged into your account. The item you are redeeming must be in your cart before adding your reward. Select your reward in checkout and enjoy!
Dining in: Just let your server know, they’ll apply your reward for you.
Where do I see my rewards?
You can see your rewards on the Giordano’s app, under “Rewards.” You can also access your rewards through our online ordering or ask our team at Giordano’s when dining in.
Do points expire?
Your points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
You can only redeem one reward per order/visit.
Can I earn and redeem rewards on third-party platforms?
You cannot earn and redeem rewards on third-party platforms.
Can multiple people earn points on one check?
Only one Club Gio member can earn points per online order and dine-in visit. Points cannot be split across multiple accounts.
I redeemed the wrong reward. Can I get my points back?
Once a reward is redeemed, it’s final. If you are having trouble with your reward, please contact support@thanx.com.
I already had an online ordering account. How do I join?
To join Club Gio, we ask you to join with the same email address that’s already linked with Giordano’s. This way, your favorite location and order history will still show.
Saved cards do not transfer. You’ll need to re-add your preferred payment methods in your new Club Gio account. If you need any help transferring accounts, contact support@thanx.com.
Are my orders tied to my loyalty account?
Yes. All orders are associated with your loyalty account when you are signed in or let your server know you are a Club Gio member at time of pay.
You can also submit your receipt to support@thanx.com to earn points on purchases, only if you were a Club Gio member at the time of purchase.
How do I update my account information?
You can access your account information within Giordano’s app or on our online ordering page. If you need more assistance, contact support@thanx.com.
